The process
Design and preparation
Share your requirements with us and we will create a unique bespoke design. As soon as you order a customised item, our drawing office creates a design drawing. After your approval, the order is processed, requiring a deposit of 30% of the price excluding VAT. We are available to advise you throughout the process. Do not forget to order accessories, as they are the eye-catchers of your log cabin or canopy!
Production
Once the design has been approved by you and the down payment has been received, we get to work for you right away!
The components are carefully packed and labelled so that they also arrive safely to you.
Aftercare
Our service does not stop with delivery; we are happy to advise you on how to extend the service life of your custom-made object, but we are also always at your service for questions during assembly work. , and maintenance tips to extend the lifespan of your custom-made object.
